Your independent sourcing partner for industrial equipment

Send us a specification — we source the market, buy the best-fitting material from qualified manufacturers, and deliver it with the documentation to prove it.

Who we are

Rastemex Group LLC is an independent global sourcing and supply company headquartered in Sacramento, California. We help refineries, petrochemical plants, EPC contractors and oil & gas operators buy industrial and petrochemical equipment — pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, instrumentation, pumps, electrical materials and the consumables around them — from qualified manufacturers worldwide. Our buyers range from plant procurement teams to EPC contractors running projects across several continents. We are capable of shipping to all parts of the world, except countries under United States sanctions and destinations restricted by law.

We are a full-scope sourcing and procurement organization, independent of any single mill, factory or brand. That independence is leverage that works in your favor: when your request arrives, we take your specification to vetted mills and factories across regions, compare their offers on specification, documentation, price and delivery — not on a house brand list — purchase the best-fitting material, and manage it to your destination. In practice we operate as the international sourcing arm of your procurement team — with the market reach of a global trading house and the accountability of a single counterpart.

We work entirely by written request. There is no phone number on this site by design — a written RFQ produces a written quotation, and both sides keep a record of exactly what was specified, offered and agreed.

How we work

  • Specification first. Standards, grades and ratings drive every offer — never “equivalent” substitutions without your sign-off.
  • Market-wide sourcing. For every request we collect and compare offers from multiple qualified manufacturers — you see the market, not one distributor’s shelf.
  • Documentation discipline. MTRs, certificates of conformity and inspection reports travel with the goods, not after them.
  • Compliance built-in. Every party, destination and end-use is screened against U.S. export-control and sanctions requirements before we quote.

Trade compliance

U.S. export controls and sanctions

Rastemex Group LLC is a United States company, and every quotation, sale and shipment we handle is conducted in full compliance with U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws — including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

  • No sanctioned destinations. We do not conduct business, directly or indirectly, with countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions — currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine — or with their governments, or with parties acting on their behalf.
  • Restricted-party screening. Customers, suppliers, end users, consignees and financial institutions are screened against U.S. government restricted-party lists, including OFAC’s SDN List and the BIS Entity and Denied Persons Lists, before we quote and again before we ship.
  • End-use verification. We do not supply goods for any end use connected with nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missile programs, and we may require end-user statements before quotation or shipment.
  • Licensed where required. Where an export license or other government authorization is required, no shipment takes place until it has been obtained. Diversion of goods contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

If a request cannot be adequately screened, we decline it — no exceptions. Details are set out in our Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
